We are looking for pro-active, caring, and passionate people to work with young people leaving care on the Isle of Man. This ever-changing and varied role can be both exciting and challenging as we offer bespoke packages with the aim of supporting young people to live independently. Some of the issues we work with include; emotional well-being, financial management, practical skills, housing, employment advice, and advocacy work, amongst others. It can be a difficult time for young people who have left the care system and sometimes we are the only support they have.
