Our client seeks a Site Manager to join their team. The Role: As Site Manager, you'll be the go-to person on-site, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll manage teams, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and keep everything running like a well-oiled (but friendly) machine. Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise site operations from groundworks to completion.Ensure health & safety regulations are always adhered to.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.Monitor progress, manage timelines, and report regularly to the Directors.Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.Resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site.Maintain site records and ensure documentation is up to date. Key Skills and Experience: Essential: SMSTS/SSSTS Certification.CITB First Aid at Work.Local knowledge of Isle of Man regulations and suppliers.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential or commercial construction.Strong knowledge of building regulations and site health & safety.Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.Full clean driving licence.
