What Would You Be Doing:
Actively participate in and oversee the day-to-day HR operations activities for Isle of Man and other locations as and when required, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and industry best practices.
Support with administration and invoice processing for consultant services, including approval of invoices on netsuite.
Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication all departments.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including visa applications and work permits, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
Ensure payroll team is kept updated on any changes, assisting where necessary.
Maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values as well as with local requirements.
Assist with benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies.
Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labour laws to ensure compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Management.
General administration assistance as and when needed.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR Databases and handle confidential information with integrity.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
Experience as an HR Administrator or similar.
Excellent communication skills and able to deliver.
Highly organized and able to priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Honest, dependable, and loyal to the company's vision.
Professional, diligent, and goal-driven with a track record of success.
Strong proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications, with particular expertise in MS Excel.
Experience with any HRIS system would be an advantage.
