Overview. We are seeking a Records Management Administrator for a three-month project. The role involves organising and streamlining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the transition to improved systems. Key Responsibilities. Organise, index, and maintain physical and digital records for easy access. Assist with data migration and secure archiving of inactive records. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Support staff with records management systems and processes. Required Qualifications & Skills. Relevant qualification in Records Management or similar. Experience in a similar role, ideally with digitisation and archiving. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office.
