Job Overview:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with the director to help drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across a variety of platforms. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring that our marketing efforts align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, print, etc.).
Content Creation: Help produce compelling written and visual content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
Social Media Support: Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, interact with audiences, and track engagement metrics.
Event Coordination: Client Meeting and Assist with planning and executing events such as webinars, product launches, or trade shows with Travelling opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media management tools).
Knowledge of content creation tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
