The General Manager will oversee the operational management of the sanctuary, ensuring the well-being of our horses and the smooth running of all our facilities. You will lead a small team of employees and volunteers, and you will be accountable to the Board of Directors. This role requires a strong background in animal care, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for animal welfare.
