The Café Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer
experience in a vibrant and welcoming environment. This position requires multitasking
in various areas, including food preparation, beverage crafting, customer service, and
maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate should be
passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive
experience for all customers.
Key responsibilities include beverage preparation and service, light kitchen work, customer service, cleaning and maintenance, stocking and inventory, operational support & team collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service environment is
preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation is an
advantage.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
