As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for supervising staff to ensure high standards of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest experience. While assisting and motivating team members, to achieve high standards, in all areas of the kitchen. You will assist with food cost controls; contribute to new ideas and creations, and the ability to work under pressure. You must have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie. a current, valid Food Hygiene Certificate, and relevant qualification. Start of work from March.
