What you'll do....

Being a Team Leader means so much more than leading (even though that's still pretty important). It's your chance to step up to the plate - which means you'll be: Creating smooth shifts even in busy periods; Stirring up success for yourself and your team; Keeping standards high, from excellent espressos to monthly coffee excellence scores.

A love of the brand and excitement to be a part of it; Top notch customer service skills; Supervisory/management experience and a background in hospitality or retail; Equal love of teaching and learning - there are so many ways to help each other grow; Ability to engage your team – be inspiring, empowering, honest, open and always there;
