Annexio (LottoGo.com) are seeking an experienced Operational Compliance Manager to join our established team on the Isle of Man. The purpose of this role is to manage the risk and compliance functions, ensuring that the company stays in-line with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and industry standards by facilitating the management of risks the company faces, designing or implementing controls to mitigate those risks and reporting the effectiveness of the controls, along with establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the regulators and other authorities. The ideal candidate must come with strong operational knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, along with excellent KYC, verification experience. The successful candidate, ideally, will come from the gaming industry, however candidates from other sectors will be considered should they possess the required transferable skills, along with ability to lead the day-to-day management of a team of compliance officers. Possessing a working knowledge of the Gambling Supervision Commission and Gambling Commission UK Regulations and/or licence conditions and codes of practice, is a distinct advantage.
