Our client requires a Compliance Manager, you will support the team in navigating the complex landscape of regulation and corporate governance, in his role you will be pivotal in maintaining commitment to regulatory excellence.
Key responsibilities will be develop implement and monitor compliance programming that ensure adherence to the regulations and corporate governance standards, conduct thorough compliance audits, risk assessments and due diligence checks with a particular focus on anti money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements, provide expert guidance to management on emerging regulatory trends within the regulatory environment and offer solutions for mitigating potential risks, liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring all filings reports and necessary documentation are submitted accurately and on time, develop and deliver compliance training across the organisation to foster a culture of transparency and integrity .
You will need to have the following skills and experience, proven experience in compliance within regulated environments, with a strong understanding of Isle of Man regulations, In depth knowledge of corporate governance principles AML and KYC protocols, strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage risks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
