Our client seeks a Corporate Governance Officer to join their team on a 6-9 month contract. Role Profile: As a Corporate Governance Officer, you will provide fund and company administration, company secretarial and compliance services to client companies and funds. Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to provide high standards of customer service skills, whilst also ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, legislation, guidelines, and company policy. Prior experience within a CSP or fund administration environment would be desirable alongside strong time management skills and a willingness to learn and develop within our team.
