The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Membership & Engagement Lead to join our dedicated team. This part-time position plays a key role in supporting Chambers mission to connect, support, and represent our members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for member engagement and retention, event coordination, marketing and digital communications, sponsorship management, and administrative support for the Chief Executive. The role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
Experience in marketing, events, CRM systems, and digital platforms is desirable. A strong interest in supporting the local business community is essential.
