The role is key to delivering first class service to our clients including payment & digital banking service delivery ensuring service execution and controls are carried out right first time, monitored, analysed and validated in line with business risk appetite and AML & FT controls.
Senior Banking & Client Operations Analyst is accountable for the day-to-day client experience ensuring the client journey is delivered to a high standard of efficiency and accuracy every time.
