Senior Compliance Administrator

Are you a compliance professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of their group-wide compliance framework. r

Duties will include:r
Deliver effective day-to-day compliance oversight and support for group-wide operations, with a focus on adherence to relevant legal, regulatory, and internal frameworks.r
r
Advise on regulatory change, ensuring internal controls and policies remain current and effective.r
r
Conduct thematic reviews, gap analyses, and internal compliance monitoring.r
r
Engage with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on all compliance-related matters.r
r
Support the Head of Compliance in developing policies and reports for senior management and regulatory submissions.r
r
Assist in regulatory interactions, audits, and correspondence with key bodies including the Isle of Man FSA.r
r
Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness, and proactive engagement.r
r
r
Ideally you will have:r
Experience in a compliance role within financial services—ideally pensions, life assurance, or investment.r
r
A solid understanding of relevant regulations including AML, conduct of business, data protection, and financial crime prevention.r
r
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.r
r
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.r
r
Professional qualifications such as ICA, ICSA, or equivalent are advantageous.r
r
