What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative & organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft 365/G-Suite.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
Experience managing client accounts (preferred).
Accounting knowledge (beneficial).
5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths & English.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling daily administrative tasks, emails, records, and digital files.
Ensuring accurate data entry and client file management.
Processing client orders and purchase orders.
Maintaining smooth communication with teams, clients, and suppliers.
Reconciling accounts/accounts payable & receivable.
