Dental Receptionist

Job role:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the practice.
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient enquiries.
Process patient registrations, update records, and handle administrative tasks.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
Handle payments.
Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection policies.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EXACT is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and approachable demeanour with patient-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
