Our client seeks a Temporary Administrator - Centralised Functions Team to assist their team on a 12 month contract. Role Profile: To act as a member of the Centralised Functions Team. Assist with maintaining and managing the Private Client Service's Compliance Monitoring Programme and with the implementation and management of certain centralised business functions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with conducting second line of defence, risk-based monitoring activity, across all areas of the relevant Private Client Services business, in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme. Assist with ensuring where areas are considered higher risk they are monitored more often. Assist with gathering of evidence, feedback, drafting of reports for all areas of the relevant Private Client Services business and tracking the outcomes of testing. Where necessary assist with instigating action to remedy any deficiencies and assist with ensuring any deficiencies identified are followed up and closed off in a timely manner. Assist with ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring Programme is reviewed and updated at least annually. Responsible for the World Check 1 weekly batch upload, clearing results and where necessary escalating potential hits to line manager/senior management. Manage and maintain Compliance Registers to ensure they are maintained accurately and up to date at all times. Manage and close off the Risk & Compliance section of the Entity Close Off/Transfer Form. Ensure own knowledge of, and compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain an up to date understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory requirement. Adhere to CPD requirements in according with regulatory requirements and in-house procedures. Attend relevant seminars and conferences. Adhere to core values and expected behaviours. Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by Management. Key Skills and Experience: Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively. Good analytical skills. Ability to collate and present information in a clear and concise manner. Self-motivated with a positive approach, strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Willing to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification. Competent in all Microsoft applications. Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including Maths and English language and seeking a career in Finance.
