POSITION: Technical Design Draughtsperson (JRN-32503) - Are you a skilled Technical Design Draughtsperson with a keen eye for precision and a passion for engineering design? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and refine detailed technical drawings. Work to precise tolerances, ensuring designs meet stringent quality and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Modify and update designs based on engineering feedback or changes in project scope. Maintain comprehensive records of drawings and revisions in line with company standards. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the design process. Assist the MMD sales companies in the UK and overseas. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Extensive experience as a Technical Design Draughtsman. Proficiency in CAD software, such as Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and SolidWorks. Strong understanding of engineering principles, tolerances and materials. Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read, interpret, and create complex technical drawings and specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise across multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience in bulk materials handling. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. Product design experience in the mining industry. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Experience working on projects that require adherence to tight tolerances and rigorous standards. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production requirements.
