Customer Service Manager

Overseeing the smooth running of the front desk, Service Advisors and Service Collection and Delivery Staff.
Delivering the highest possible level of customer service and repair requirements for the customer over all franchises.
Oversee the service reservation system and workshop tracking systems to ensure maximum utilisation of workshop capacity.
Experience within the motor industry, technical knowledge and high quality customer service skills.
Salary £35000 - £40000 per annum depending on experience.
