Summerhill View Care Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.r

Key Responsibilities include;-r
- To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality carer
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Usersr
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriatelyr
- Follow policies & procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention & Controlr
- Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plans with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when requiredr
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstancesr
-Undertake any tasks that have been identified within the Care Plansr
- Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants provide, addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurses, or the Deputy/Registered Manager of the Homer
