Crovan Court Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include;-
To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care.
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the .Care Plan(s)
Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.
Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plans with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required.
Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
