Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Senior Health Care Assistants, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care.
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
- To support Service Users, ensuring that personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s).
- Follow policies & procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention & Control.
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for privacy & dignity of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
- Reviewing progress of care & reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
- Oversee the care that our Health Care Assistants provide, addressing any performance issues with the Registered Nurses, and/or the Deputy/Registered Manager.
