We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. If you have a strong background in hotel housekeeping and possess excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and standards.
Assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members and monitor their performance.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms or public areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals used in the hospitality industry.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a keen eye for detail,
Knowledge on Rezlynx Hotel System would be advantage but not necessary.
Computer literate.
Able to work to deadlines and budgets .
