Opul Hospitality Limited are a rapid growing business on the Isle of Man with a number of properties within our portfolio. We are seeking 2 individuals to share the role of Night Manger. One on a full time basis and the other part time.
The successful applicant is responsible for overseeing the operations and staff of a business establishment during overnight hours. The night manager is tasked ensuring that all the companies policies and procedures are being followed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees and addressing any issues that arise during their shift.
Responsibilities include:
Manage and supervise overnight staff, including security personnel, janitorial staff and any other employees working during the night shift.
Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Handle any emergencies or incidents that arise during the night shift.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents and communicate any issues to the appropriate parties.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Requirements for the role:
Prior experience in management is highly desirable.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential.
Flexibility in being able to work overnight hours.
