A position has arisen to join our night working team as Night Manager at the Palace Hotel. This position will include dealing with any guest requests, delivering room service orders and having responsibility for the hotel from the hours of 10pm to 7am. There is a set shift pattern of 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have basic computer knowledge (but training will be given on the hotel systems), have excellent customer service skills and be willing and ready to undertake a variety of duties/requests as they arrive from the guests.
