Food & Beverage 30-40 hours 5 out of 7 days!

As the F&B, you will play a pivotal role in driving daily operations within our restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, overseeing the front-of-house team, and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to ensure efficient and attentive service.
Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor dining room flow, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience with Epos till system.
Rota and stock control management.
Liase with FOH and BOH team to have a cohesive working relationship.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
