PMO Analyst - 12 Month Limited Term

Nedbank Private Wealth Limited is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 12-month limited-term role based in the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and overseeing the processes and practices for NPWLs portfolio of change projects. This role involves developing and maintaining PMO policies, standards, and processes; monitoring project progress and performance to identify issues or deviations; and preparing documentation such as status reports and risk assessments. The PMO Analyst will assist with project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling while coordinating and attending meetings to capture key actions and decisions. They will facilitate knowledge sharing, improve project management tools and methods, and liaise with stakeholders and third parties to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication. Candidates should have at least three years' experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work are essential, along with strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach.
