Eclipse Nursecall Systems Ltd (ens.im) are a technology Company supplying solutions to the older person care sector and we have been trading for over 30 years, with offices in the IOM and UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our small team based in Euromanx House, Ballasalla.

Responsibilities/duties
Working with the team to manage maintenance tasks for our customers;
Working with the accounting team to administer sales and purchases;
Assisting with the dispatch of orders from the Isle of Man office;
Other administrative tasks as required by the business.

About you
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills;
Confident interpersonal skills;
Core Microsoft office skills with strong excel experience an advantage;
Applicants should be very organised, being able to manage the demands of the role and allocate your time according to priorities;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer:
Full in-house training for the role will be provided;
20 days annual leave, plus all UK Bank Holidays and either Tynwald Day or Senior Race Day;
