The Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival is back with a bang this 2022
The Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival, celebrates the best of Manx food and drink produce. Food and drink stalls, live entertainment, festival bars and cooking demonstrations make this a must-see event in the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival is back for 2022 and will be taking place on the 17th and 18th September at the Villa Marina Gardens. The festival, which is one of the Island’s most popular annual events, celebrates the best of Manx food and drink produce and is a great opportunity to meet the individuals that have helped shaped the Island’s unique and creative food and drink culture.
The weekend event, which attracted over 10,000 food fans last year, will showcase over 60 local food and drink producers, whom will be sampling and selling their local products. Other attractions include cooking demonstrations, live music, children's entertainment, and a festival bar.
The festival will be open from 10am to 5pm on both days, and attractions will include the Manx Produce Marquee, Drinks Pavilion, Manx Cookery Theatre, Catering Village, Children’s Discovery Zone, and Crafts under the Colonnade.
The Isle of Man food and drink scene is very much in its element and last year 18 food products made by seven different producers on the Island were successful at the Great Taste Awards 2021. Great Taste, the world’s largest and most trusted accreditation scheme, showcases local food and drink produce on a global scale.
