Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Leader to take charge delivering outstanding technical support across the organisation.r
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day support operations, providing hands-on technical assistance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT support services.r
Acting as the first point of escalation for complex issues, you will collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.r
The successful candidate will have experience in leading an IT Service Desk or technical support team, with strong problem-solving skills across a range of IT systems and networks. r
