Connecting talent with trusted recruitment agencies. We refer candidates to the right experts, ensuring the best service every step of the way.

We are looking for a Trust Officer to join our Trust Department, supporting a busy international client portfolio. In this role, you will provide high-quality trust and company administration, payment processing, and compliance-related support. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, gaining exposure to all aspects of trust and company administration, while learning from other areas of the business to deliver integrated solutions across the Group.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships by acting as a key point of contact and delivering bespoke solutions. You will assist with new business administration, including client acceptance, compliance procedures, and the preparation of trust documentation. You will liaise with stakeholders and divisions across the Group to support client needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with banks by maintaining and developing strong banking relationships. You will also help administer trusts and companies within the team's portfolio and support internal departments with compliance and corporate governance matters.

We are seeking a proactive individual with sound administrative and organisational skills, and previous experience in trust and corporate services. You will ideally hold or be working towards a STEP qualification, with a solid understanding of trust and company administration, including regulatory and statutory matters. Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of compliance requirements are essential, along with a commitment to continued professional development.

We value individuals who demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and emotional resilience, with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and team members. You should be confident, tactful, and professional, and conduct yourself in a manner that reflects our values and working environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that encourages innovation and collaboration. You will have the chance to shape and improve our business processes, and in return will receive a competitive salary, a performance-related bonus, a flexible benefits package, and ongoing training and development opportunities within a dynamic and ambitious group.
