Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager - Mobile to join their team for a 12 month contract. You will own and drive the strategy for mobile services across markets, delivering exceptional customer experiences while increasing market share and net revenues. Key Responsibilities: Drive the strategic evolution of the product portfolio, balancing innovation with the management of existing offerings. Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired assets, aligning processes and customer experiences. Develop and execute strategies to optimise legacy products, ensuring they continue to deliver value in a changing market landscape .Lead the development and management of mobile products and associated service strategies .Optimise digital experiences across all owned products, enhancing customer journeys while reducing support effort and operational costs. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, collaborating with the Head of Product and key stakeholders to drive strategic recommendations that maximise market share, revenue, and margin growth. Conduct comprehensive assessments of the mobile product portfolio-analysing customer behaviour, financial performance, market trends, and technical viability. Deliver regular KPI, revenue, and research reports to track product performance and inform strategic decisions. Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to drive ongoing product evolution and customer experience enhancements. Own forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with Finance to ensure accurate financial planning. Provide expert guidance and support to Retail, Customer Support, and Business teams, acting as a trusted advisor on product-related matters. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to revenue or margin. Key Skills & Experience: Experience in product management and service strategy. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives. Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and financial performance. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Background in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation would be highly desirable. Experience in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively. Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities. Experience in digital transformation and optimising customer journeys. Effective customer relationship management experience. Ability to work in co-operation & collaboration with others. Self-motivated, well-organised and effective at communicating at all organisation levels.
