Our client, a leading Island based employer are seeking an Enterprise Test Manger to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead testing transformation within a collaborative and forward-thinking technology function, delivering business-critical change at scale.r

Duties will include: • Define and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide testing strategy, covering functional, non-functional, and automated testing practices.r
• Drive the testing transformation roadmap, enhancing frameworks, methodologies, and tooling across the full delivery landscape.r
• Configure and optimise Azure DevOps to support test management, automation, reporting, and quality tracking.r
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, aligning testing strategies with business goals.r
• Build trusted relationships across technology and business teams, fostering a shared commitment to quality.r
• Promote an automation-first culture, embedding performance, security, usability, and functional testing across the software development lifecycle.r
• Lead and support the testing function, encouraging continuous improvement and risk-based quality assurance.r
