Bradda View Nursing & Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
To work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care.
Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s).
Reviewing progress of care with the Service Users, reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.
Measuring effectiveness of Service Users' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required.
Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
