Based in Ramsey, Sapphire Care are seeking experienced individuals to help support our colleagues provide quality person-centred care to our residents in our residential homes. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years care experience, and hold a RQF 2 or equivalent, though no experience is required, as support will be given to the suitable applicants. Working as part of a team, the role will include:
Providing care and support to our residents.
Recording care provided using an electronic care system.
Having good communication and IT skills is also essential.
This post offers a regular shift pattern, with alternative weekends off.
