We have a great opportunity for a part time Office Administrator to join our small team, providing valuable support to the Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has strong interpersonal and admin skills and is willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the role. This is a varied and interesting role where, reporting to the Clerk, you'll be supporting us with administrative tasks whilst getting involved with organising events and dealing with the public.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential together with high levels of discretion and impartiality. You be required to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously and always meet deadlines. A knowledge of local authority functions, operations and responsibilities and a knowledge of the geography of the wider Garff areas are desirable.

This is a part time role for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly and may on rare occasions include attendance at events in the evenings.
