Investments Administrator (Asset Servicing)

An opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join the Asset Servicing team within our Investments Department based at our offices in Royal Court, Castletown.

The main responsibilities of the role are to assist with:

Input of Dividends.
Input of Asset Standing Data.
Assisting with Corporate Action Processing.
Assisting with Settlement Processing.
Assisting in completing Custodian Asset Reconciliation.
Dealing with Client/IFA/Internal queries connected to these team tasks.

To ensure this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

Experience within the Life Assurance industry or Investment/Fund industry preferred, but training can be given to the right applicant.
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above - including English and Maths.
Good numeracy skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Possess strong planning and organisational skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
