Assistant required for food truck at TT Grandstand over TT fortnight - exact times and dates to be agreed with the successful candidate. Role requires cooking food to order and serving. Previous catering experience in high volume environment an advantage. Ideally the candidate will have at least a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Awareness training but training can be given to the right candidate.
