As Manager of Jaks Bar & Smokehouse, you will:
Oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflows.
Lead, motivate, and develop bartenders, working alongside the Smokehouse restaurant managers and chefs.
Drive business growth by maintaining high standards and introducing creative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Plan and execute exciting events that keep Jaks Bar & Smokehouse at the forefront of Douglas's social scene.
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has proven experience managing a bar, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue.
