Our team works with some of the largest remote gambling operators in the world to ensure they run efficiently and compliantly, reducing corporate risk, and protecting players in the process. | About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, client-focused individual to support our gaming team and provide professional level compliance work that underpins our key services. As Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will work closely with our portfolio of gaming clients to provide regulatory assistance across various jurisdictions, assisting them with the development of policies, procedures and systems to meet their licence obligations. You will assist in regular health checks on areas such as AML, responsible gambling, licence conditions and compliance oversight to determine how they are continuing to meet these obligations. You will be working as part of a team in a busy and growing department where the delivery of high-quality service and pro-active solutions is key. You will ideally have knowledge of gaming either online or land based and have experience or knowledge of B2C or B2B environments working for an operator or supplier or held compliance related roles within a relevant financial services industry. | Within the role, you will also have the opportunity to: Assist in the design and implementation of bespoke compliance frameworks across a number of eGaming business models. Work with clients to develop compliance reporting and monitoring systems in order to comply with the relevant regulatory requirements. Document and review clients' systems, processes and procedures and help obtain evidence that they are complying with their regulatory obligations. Manage client relationships and expectations by way of support on various compliance challenges that they may encounter and meeting their needs with pragmatic solutions. Deliver various projects on licensing, monitoring, regulatory returns and reporting/administration and act as Data Protection Officer on behalf of our clients. Work closely with our Licensing and Corporate Governance teams to ensure a seamless delivery of service ensuring full regulatory compliance. Assist in identifying and assessing the risks affecting the clients, then create policies and procedures accordingly. Provide ongoing advice and support to both clients and internal stakeholders relating to gaming legislation and implementation. Create and maintain training content for the Amber Gaming Compliance Academy online training platform. | About You: You will be an organised individual with experience of working in an administrative environment, with experience in compliance in gaming or similar client-facing role. The following attributes would also be advantageous: Experience of working within eGaming sector. Strong administrative skills. Prior experience of working in a compliance role (or related) for a regulated business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good stakeholder management skills. Confident, approachable individual able to work under pressure adhering to deadlines. A good understanding of wider regulatory compliance requirements, including data protection.
