We are looking for experienced and talented Builders to join our team. The ideal candidates will be multi-Skilled tradespersons, be able to use their own initiative, plan their works programs, manage labours and give instruction to them when required, be capable of working independently as well as collaborating as a team. Follow site health and safety rules and carry out risk assessments, impeccable attention to detail is a must.
Current projects are conversion, renovation and property maintenance. However, the role is multi skilled and we are looking for someone who is willing and able to turn their hand to whatever is required. Company vehicle available to the right applicant.
As many of the following skills as possible would be beneficial,
Have experience and be able to widen internal and external doorways/windows and associated lintel work.
Re pointing Manx stone work with lime render.
General carpentry, kitchen fitting, installing stairs, fitting door casings.
Basic plumbing, to include fitting bathrooms.
Flooring and tiling.
Roofing and guttering.
Dry lining & Stud work, plastering.
Painting and decorating.
Installing various types of insulation correctly.
Altering internal floor levels and screeding.
