Fire Alarm Engineer

We are looking to recruit a fire alarm engineer to work within our reactive services team. The work will mainly be service, maintenance and commissioning tasks. The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have or working towards their F.I.A modules. Excellent client-facing skills, fault-finding and commissioning. Key responsibilities service FA and commissioning of FA systems in accordance with relevant standards & regulations, provide call out response, professional service and represent company in a way that ensures customers satisfaction. Take proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary. Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and that all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately. Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety systems.
