The purpose of the Administration Officer is to ensure the smooth running of the Gymnastics Club Office through completion of general office, administration and club tasks to ensure the successful daily running of the club and provide a stable platform for which the club can thrive. r

Main Duties and Responsibilities:r
General administration including generating and sending sales invoices, and paying purchase invoices, processing and invoicing club joiners and leavers, allocating receipts and chasing debtors and responding to finance-related queries, paying cash into the bank account. Keeping the club shop stocked, including shopping for supplies when required. Administering IOM Sport finances and payment claims. r

Administering British Gymnastics memberships. Performing end of month finance related procedures. Overseeing of Gym Time; cashing up, safety. Set up and cleaning in advance of Gym Time 3 days per week. r
r
Answering general queries via email, phone or in person, monitoring and maintaining First Aid Kit stock. Making travel arrangements for coaching team. General building checks (alarms, lights etc). Arranging and monitoring services and liaising with suppliers to the property and business. r
r
Otherwise all general duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the Gym.r
