In this role you will deliver superior customer services to future and existing customers and brokers who contact our client's call centre. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, proven customer services skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a busy team environment. The successful candidate will have: Telephone handling experience (previous call centre experience would also be advantageous) and English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
