All Global Heads will need to work together to deliver a cohesive message and service to the business. In this role you will plan, oversee and execute Suntera's global compensation and benefits programs. You will assess business and employee needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organisational trust and satisfaction. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities. To be successful, you should be able to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent. You will have extensive experience leading compensation and benefits programs, along with excellent decision-making skills.
