Key Responsibilities and Requirements include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base, including corporate partnerships and individual clients. Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group internally in order to identify marketing requirements; Implement and monitor strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services; Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention; Conduct business development activities towards our target markets, tailoring strategies to attract clients and offering relevant solutions; Research and analyse market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, using appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and services; Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, and promotion etc in light of market research with appropriate departments; Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and contracts for prospective clients; Collaborate with the casework and advisory team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.r

Requirements and experiences needed include: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role; Understanding of the local market and immigration landscape (preferred); Fluent in a second language preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships; Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets; Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively; Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.r
