Our client is seeking a highly experienced Fleet Operations Manager to report to the Head of Operations. The role involves executing duties with a focus on marine aspects, ensuring Company vessels, linkspans, and port installations are maintained to meet safety, reliability, and effectiveness standards at all times. The role requires close collaboration with the Technical Manager and Ship Manager and includes responsibility for managing incidents, advising on tasks relating to ISPS, and providing operational advice to the Board. This is a full-time role based at the client's offices with some travel required to vessels and port installations.
