Calling all Junior Chef's!
We have an opportunity for a junior chef at several of our sites in the Isle Of Man
We're looking for a new chef to join our team and help us create an exciting food offering for our sites.
Must haves:
We do have some non-negotiable expectations, so please only apply if you have NVQ level 2 or equivalent, along with a Level 2 food safety certificate. You need to be a great leader, above all leading from the front showing great energy!
The ideal candidate will:
Have a proven track record of success in a busy kitchen environment
Be passionate about food and cooking
Be creative and innovative
Be able to work under pressure and stay calm in a crisis
Be a team player and have a positive attitude
Responsibilities will include:
Creating and developing specials, and events menus
Preparing and cooking all food orders
Overseeing the kitchen team and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Keeping up with the latest culinary trends and techniques
