Private Medical Secretary / Admin

Expected Tasks:
Provide dictation and typing services. Create and manage clinical to-do lists. Receive and assist patients as needed. Maintain medical and insurance records. Handle communications and manage calendars. Type medical documents (e.g., physician dictations and patient charts). Maintain detailed patient and medical records. Manage office communications (e.g., phone calls, correspondence). Schedule medical appointments. Work with insurance companies to process claims. Process invoices, bills, and payments. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology and proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative position. Knowledge of medical office procedures, regulations, and medical coding is strongly desired. Experience in processing insurance claims. Basic bookkeeping knowledge. Proficiency in Office software, databases, and EMR systems. Outstanding communication skills. Patience and discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
GCSE in Math and English preferred.

Hours: Monday: 9 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday: Flexible. Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM. Thursday: Flexible. Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
